Standard production time is 14–20 business days after design approval. Rush orders are available upon request and may incur an additional fee. Delivery timing varies by location.

Absolutely. We can work with AI, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files. For JPG and PNG files, high-resolution artwork is preferred. We will check your artwork before production and advise you if adjustments are required.

We accept bank transfers and credit card payments through Stripe. Stripe & card payments incur an additional 5{32edbbc911a50440a074377b179e2149bd289ebbb590a7ebd27571a0560ee15b} charge. A 50{32edbbc911a50440a074377b179e2149bd289ebbb590a7ebd27571a0560ee15b} deposit is required with the order, with the balance due before shipment.

Yes. We can help prepare, adapt or arrange artwork for your merchandise. Design assistance may involve an initial charge, which is waived for confirmed orders of 100 pieces or more per design.

We offer a large range of standard colours. If you require a specific or special colour, contact us with your requirements and we will advise you on the available options.

Yes. We ship throughout Thailand. Domestic shipping charges depend on the delivery location and order. International shipping is also available.

All orders are custom made based on a mockup approved by you. If the finished products differ from the approved mockup due to a production error, we will replace the affected products at no additional cost.

Yes. We can provide approval samples once your order is confirmed and the deposit has been paid. Sample delivery costs are charged separately.
